I spent 25 years in corporate leadership across sales, business development, and supply chain. I know what it means to build, to lead teams, and to hit targets that mattered to someone else’s bottom line.

I built an incredible corporate career. By every outward measure, I had already arrived. But somewhere along the way, I started to feel there was more for me. Not more in the sense of ambition. More in the sense of calling.

No one recruited me into direct sales. God led me to it. I said yes, and then I did something I believe matters more than the sale itself: I helped other women say yes to their own calling too. Together, we built. We grew. We learned what it means to steward something that belongs to us.

This is not separate from my faith. It is my Marketplace Ministry, one more way I get to live out what I believe in the middle of ordinary business.

Today I coach high-achieving women on mindset, strategy, and leadership. But this opportunity is where a lot of that work began for me, and it is still one of the simplest, lowest-risk ways I know for a woman to take her first real step into building something of her own.
